Build a Better Breakfast: Wheat Berry Parfait

In the spirit of the class here is a fun and easy breakfast idea.

Wheat Berry Parfait
yogurt of your choice (I got crazy and used 2 different kinds)
wheat berries
dried fruit

1. Cook wheat berries as you would rice. Place dry wheat berries in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 min. There is no need to soak! Make ahead of time and store in the fridge for parfaits, salad topping, rice substitute or oatmeal addition.

2. Layer your favorite ingredients for a delicious breakfast.
