Looking for something fun to do next week! Look no further… On April 11th at 6 pm join us for the Fast and Fantastic cooking class at Whole Foods.
The focus for this class is on meals that are fast, healthy, figure friendly and eliminate the 7 most common food allergens. Presented by Sarah Droege, Nutritionist of Optimal Body Balance and Sheila Robertson, Program Director and self proclaimed ‘party in an apron’. We will be sharing with you 50 fast and fantastic things to do with a rotisserie chicken (YES….50!)
We will be making in the class: Chicken, Asparagus and Quinoa Salad, Asian Chicken Noodle Salad and a healthy ‘sweet’ to end the meal. This class is hands on – so come prepared to play with your food!
